Services We Provide

S.A.F.E. addresses a wide variety of family, mental health, and Substance Use Disorder problems.

We offer counseling services to adolescents, adults, seniors, and couples.
Our services include biopsychosocial assessment, trauma-informed therapy, meditation therapy, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient levels of care, and an array of different types of evidence-based counseling services, including support groups such as SMART Recovery.
​
Our Pre/Post-Op Liver Transplant Group is part of our Outpatient Program and serves those waiting for or having received a new liver. Specific areas of education and discussion include the impact of alcohol on the liver, relapse prevention, identifying and avoiding triggers/stressors, finding and maintaining a solid support group, keeping track of your MELD (Model for End-stage Liver Disease) score, and dispelling the myths associated with transplant life.
