About us

We believe that for each client we see, we may be the only person in their life capable of both hearing and holding their pain. It is our quest to be here in a way that is Safe and accepting, without condition, of the things that they fear most. We believe success as a counselor is not in doing something for the client, but rather in being someone for the client.

We are in the business of freedom – we help people relinquish stories of self that are painful, stories of this moment that are isolating, and stories of the future that are limiting. We believe that mental and emotional well-being is just as important as breathing is.

We are here because we have come to learn that a tremendous amount of people feel alone, left out, unheard, irrelevant, tired, addicted, worthless, unconnected, unwelcome, sad, anxious and fearful. They need to be reminded of their worth or even teach them that they have great value and a right to peace of mind.

We believe happiness is not a destiniation, it is a way of life.
